I thought I was having a hard time with Coinbase, having to wait for over an hour. But, I never did use Poloniex because I saw people posting warnings everywhere about how their Steem transactions just sucked. I had no idea it was taking THIS long, though!?!? That's so far beyond stoopid that I can't even put it into words. And, you probably have gotten no response from their customer support other than the "canned" response via email? That would be my guess. Sorry you're having to put up with this mess. Won't be trying those guys out... ever!
