Between this one and the orange one I see this one as a far and away the better of the two. The other design isn't bad but it is a bit "everyday". If you were a big corporation and needed a "safe" logo maybe it would be the best choice. But if you have the freedom to really express yourself this logo stands out. It provides rich insights and provokes speculation that causes it be be memorable, perhaps even enough for people to talk about it in conversation and organically bring more attention to what it represents.
That and if the logo ever gets put on t-shits or hats, well, they are going to be some bad-ass additions to my wardrobe. ((for realz, ping me if that happens))
Thanks. I really appreciate it. I went to look at all the other entries. And my direction is so vastly different then the others i had to double check to make I didn't miss anything in the rules.
I glad you stuck with it even knowing it was going to be the odd one out! Hopefully your entry will inspire other people to also be more daring in what they try for the future. Sometimes the real impact our efforts have aren't revealed right away (rewinning a contest) but the more we practice being bold, the more we find ourselves poised for both our own success and the growth of those who see what we do.
