Kucoin is pretty nice, it's similar to binance and holds other smaller crypto's that arent listed on binance. You can send ETH or some fee-less crypto like Neo to Kucoin, transfer those for BTC on the Kucoin Exchange, and then exchange one last time for XRB if you are interested.
You could also wait until it's listed on binance, but the price might rise a lot since a bunch of new buyers would be introduced.

Thanks for answer. I think I will try kucoin. It looks like a good exchange. No lagging and all, but it lacks more USDT pairs. I don't like trading against BTC that much... You never know if what you made will not loose 20% overnight :D but to buy XRB and hold, very good place.
