This is a busy market. There are a lot of people getting fresh produce straight from the fruits and vegetable market. This is not the same as the farmers market, in the sense that, the stalls here are vendors who are selling produce they themselves have not grown. And the produce comes here from all parts of the world. Not really good for the carbon footprint, but we have got to eat right.

Hello, hello people of this wonderful group of FOODIES BEE HIVE. wishing you all good health, I hope that in this new month peace and joy reign over us, although nostalgia is inevitable knowing that we will no longer have special beings who are no longer with us because they were called by God. they will live by will be present every moment of our lives.

The past few days has been the most stressful days in this year for me as I've been up and down preparing for my brother's wedding and traditional marriage but to be able to do the wedding Preparations, I have to be in Rivers state and that's why I traveled all the way from Lagos to Port Harcourt and while I was on the road, I took lots of pictures I planned on sharing as soon as I get enough rest but I've figured there's no way I'll do it if I give myself that condition, as it's been from one market to another, one tailor's shop, baking shop, saloon (and more) to the other, I wasn't given even half a day to rest and familiarize myself with the place before hopping on the road to the market and since then it's that way, you may wonder if there's no one else to help so here's the reason.......

Today I will share one of my stories with you. It started one year, I think it was 2015. I was selling lemonade 🥤🍋 and some bracelets on the street with my friends (take into account that I was extremely small🫣) and a white dog came who was very hungry, thirsty and eager for love. ..🥹 I didn't know what to do because she didn't want to be separated from me, she followed me all the time and if I didn't give her a single food, a single water. I gave her just a little love and attention which was probably enough for her to follow me and for me to adopt her❤... I came home and she stayed in front of the house and didn't want to leave, I had to get her something to drink and to eat, I couldn't just leave her like that. My mother didn't want to hear about the new dog, and neither did my grandmother because our previous dog died and they didn't want to bond again.🙁 I had a feeling about this dog, that he is too smart, good and faithful. And it was like that, she understood everything that was said to her, what my mom would say, she was so smart that it was a little difficult for her to speak.😂 We kept the dog and called Leo. She was with me in everything, she knew when I was happy, when I was sad, when I needed a little solitude, she knew absolutely everything and gave me everything

Today, the day, is finally come upon me. It’s the day we all tried not to think about as we focus on the blueprint we’ve created to pattern our existence through the vicissitudes of life. As I am laid to rest today, at such an old age, and as you mourn in reality of my loss, do not forget my life as a youngster, when my body was as a fountain streaming with immense strength which left men in awe as I lived with such elegance and affluence. Now, like a freshly plucked flower which withers overtime, my life has lost its bright colors to the darkness that comes with demise, the inevitable visitor that must be entertained by every living being.

This topic is quite general, because food acts differently on us due to the fact that the behavior of each organism is different. Each being is unique and original and despite the fact that we are made up of the same organs, cells, veins, etc., we will react totally differently to the food we eat (so these are the same). I would still like to share how to select foods to lead a well-being lifestyle (because I think that all well-being starts from food), it may help someone, they feel identified and it works for them. If this does not happen, it is super normal, everyone goes with the food that does provide what is necessary to feel in optimal conditions.

I don’t know, maybe it’s a good thing, as eventually I am going to exhaust my huge mushrooms collection and I’ve been so lazy, I don’t go to the forest much these day. It’s so cold 🥶 I just wanna wrap myself in blankets and do next to nothing!

Yesterday I attended a Belgian beer tasting. The tasting took place in the bar where I go on weekends, Bar Atrio in Zaragoza (Spain). This bar is characterised by its music, usually heavy metal and rock, both national and international. People usually consume pitchers of beer and calimocho, for those who don't know what calimocho is, it's a mixture of red wine and cola.

What a beautiful puzzle! Every single piece is a unique figure, like animals, fruits, symbols and so on. It's like our trip to Barcelona, visiting friends, seeing and hiking through places and feeling the weather is getting warmer. I didn't make many photos of our stay in Sursee, Switzerland, because I simply forgot as I enjoyed the time and togetherness with my friend Alexis, his lovely girlfriend Salome, his happy son Mahati and his newborn boy Lohan. Happy family is growing happily. Not to forget the time with the community. Alexis organised a pizza and cinema day. The cinema didn't happen for the simple reason that we stayed with the pizza, great conversations and little hikes through forests, valleys and neighbourhood town.
