It has been 2 weeks since I returned from the mandatory military course for university and college students. I still have not driven my life back to normal as it used to be before the course, and I have stayed home for the whole time returning because my second semester will only begin at the end of March. In case you are not aware, I am an introvert from core, while during the course I had to experience the communal lifestyle which really drove me off. So the situation now is that I became even more reserved after getting home, desiring for my alone time in my space and having no motivations to go out to the community.

I was on a super boring Saturday and I wanted to do something but I didn't know exactly what. Scrolling through the Instagram feed, I found a video of a girl making a suuuuper cute capybara; I opened the comments and found the site with animal molds, some characters and even automobiles.

At Creative Park Canon there are several paper art options for you to assemble. It is a simple and easy to use website. All models are available for free download and each one is well made, the instructions are easy to understand and there is a document explaining everything step by step and very detailed.

The sound of the siren when we going on board and responding for a fire call. It was my first time going together with my senior officers EMTs ( Emergency Medical Technician). We are with our four EMTs and us two ERT (Emergency Response Technician). They assigned us with our task for the night and the specialization of task to handle. While in our way to a fire call, it is very exciting and a proud feeling as a volunteer. A few minutes ago, we arrived at the said place and went out searching the incident, grabbing our medicine bag and putting on our Body Substance Isolation and needed equipment. The place is very crowded and the said fire is nearly far from the highway resulting the fire trucks cannot go in perfectly. Fortunately, the fire went out and there is just minor casualties and no person got involved. There are a lot of responders also with us from different organizations and it is just overwhelming that there are people have a humble heart for offering their selves to volunteer and to help people in need.

Hi and welcome to my blog. Happy Sunday, everyone. So on today's Creative Sunday, I'll be sharing the recipe I used to make this delicacy known as vegetable and water leaf soup, also known as "Edikiakong." Please pardon me Akwa-ibomites if I spelled it incorrectly. This is really my favorite soup, and whenever my mother cooks it, I usually join her in the kitchen since I really enjoy it.

So, I suggested making the soup today, and of course I volunteered to cook it while my mother went to the market to purchase the ingredients. Although my mother purchased the ingredients yesterday, since most market vendors attend church on Sundays and will not be available until the late hours.

It's recipe day! Today I will be explaining the step by step to elaborate a delicious and refreshing "Fruit Salad with Malojillo almibar".

For the fruit salad you can choose the fruits of your preference, I advise you to choose flavors between sweet and sour to give a balance to the recipe and different colors to make it visually look nice, but most importantly they must be fresh fruits, not frozen. For this preparation I used pineapple, kiwi, mango, banana and strawberries.
