Does SmartCash really secure and legit?

I got a question "They are not sure about the coin or what ? is it really secure and legit to use it ?" from one of my post about SmartCash, @clixmoney ask the exact question;

yesterday I wanted to buy 1000 smartcash, but I saw people in discord talking about problems they have with transaction and even one moderator contacted me and he wasn't sure about using the online wallet and he said to send a little amount there and then send all the money, this why I am confused.

They are not sure about the coin or what ? is it really secure and legit to use it ?

Yes it does, the SmartCash is a legitimate project and not ponzi scheme or somewhat scammy. Those problem persist is because SmartCash user don't comply with the mandatory wallet update. While issue of sending out small amount of coin first is not really an problem. Besides, it is advisable to make sure that your input address is correct. Imagine if you sent out a bulk, and figure out the address is wrong, then you lost everything to the fact that there is no chance of retriving it once sent out.

Therefore, the moderator on slack who contacted @clixmoney is not really out of knowledge about SmartCash. He/She is concern about @clixmoney. And of course the smartcash web wallet is running and working correctly. In fact from the beginning I used web wallet. I have qt wallet but much prefer to use web wallet.

Interm of security and legimacy, SmartCash does comply to both.
