I absolutely totally struggled this season.
I think there might be a couple reasons for this... more players are playing and so the upper levels are getting more congested with players that have good decks. My own card collection was purchased some time ago and I haven't bought anything for a long time... so my older decks are getting outplayed by newer decks.
I actually played 30 more games than my last report but couldn't break into the Champion II league.

My ranked ratio has dropped quite a bit. I think the problem is that I only have one legendary summoner... and the other legendary summoners are way too hard to beat otherwise. Not impossible, I had some great wins this season, but I think it's getting to a point where it's crazy hard to win with a rare summoner against a legendary one. The problem is... the legendries are so expensive.

This is super interesting... my last report had Silenced Summoners at 72% and Up Close & Personal at 87%. Obviously I'm doing far less well these days. Looks like the rulesets where I can bring the Exploding Dwarf in are the rulesets I do better with.

Obviously less DEC earned this season despite playing more games and winning more times than my last report... just goes to show that it doesn't matter how many times you win... but what league you're winning in.

I find these reports so interesting. Haven't generated mine yet, but always look forward to seeing how the stats marry up with my estimates.
I massively overplay my llama. If I pull an earth quest I know I'm 15 mins away from opening some chests. No Zaku though, and he wrecks me pretty much every time I meet him.
I really love how the game has enough cards and sets and players coming in at different times so that there is no real meta... or deck that everyone plays. Lord A used to be in 3/4 games and now it's probably 1/4 - which is a huge improvement. I struggle with Earth Quest still, even though it actually has some of my favourite cards.
I think part of my struggle is that I have cards I just really enjoy to play... but they're not necessarily the best cards to play. I'm too emotionally attached.
I overuse the Mushroom Seer. Gotta remember Silence is only useful in matches where magic is allowed.
Hahaha, I get so mad when I do that... the amount of times I've brought in a Silversheild or Skeleton Assassin into a game with fog...

Hahaha, I actually really only play when I'm also doing admin stuff for my gFam project. So I have a set time each day that I play.
I Love Love Love the exploding dwarf. I love his flavour text, I love how high risk/high reward he is, and I love when he almost single-handedly wins me a game... or I lose him first turn.
It was mostly the latter for me last night, I swear I got snipers every single game I had him in XD

Yeah, I've had a similar thought... except the legendary summoners are so expensive. Yodin Zaku is $61 per card right now. It actually makes me wonder if I should just wait for the next legendary summoner to be released and then go all in early. There's so many games in this one game...
I was slightly worried before reading your reply 😆 sold my last one around the current price, $61/bcx would be crazy, but I guess realistic looking at what time Rennyn achieved.
Hahaha, sorry! I think you're right... maybe I can buy a single legendary summoner a week to spread out the burden a little. It's a good idea.
Oh wait... sorry he's $28 per card. That's not so bad. I didn't realise I had two of his cards when I looked at the price.
