Season 46 will be a memorable one, because I made it inside the Top 50 for the first time! Along with some excellent tournament finishes I would say this has been the best season I've ever had so far.
So let me shamelessly self-indulge this time, and tell you in how many ways this was such a good season for me (you are free to mock me in the comments ;)).

Rank #37. After having reached #66 and #52 (or so) I did try to make a push inside the Top 50 now. And fortunately it worked without a huge amount of effort! I guess I am getting the hang of the new game formats, as well as the new cards, and putting them to good use.

In terms of Summoners I managed to get excellent mileage with Selenia Sky and the green deck, but except for my white lineup with Chanseus the Great, pretty much all of them worked pretty well :). With Pyre I gambled a number of times on speed, which didn't pay off well (e.g. my Exploding Dwarf hitting some thorns for instance, or being retaliated against by the opposing Exploding Dwarf ;)).

Many of the regulars are there, but recently I've become a heavy user of Swamp Thing for the green deck. It does make a big difference compared to other two mana ranged attackers, due to that extra point of ranged attack :). I've been overplaying the Herbalist and Goblin Fireballer a bit, even though I think both are pretty decent cards!
Further down you'll find Almo Cambio, the new Reward Legendary that clearly catches opponents off-guard (win rate 68%). I would also like to play more with the Axemaster, Nightmare and the Temple Priest but I still have to level those up properly to make sure they're Champions League Ready :).

Almost all of these are above 50%, with the exception of Even Stevens. I think I can safely say that I am now getting the hang of the different role sets, and even the Noxious Fumes one now edges out slightly above 50% :).

The 8th and 11th place in the two Gold Encased Diamonds tournaments really stand out here. I have not managed to reach that level at all before I believe. Overall this was an extraordinary good tournament run, and I am pretty sure that I'll get worse results next season ;).

2 golden commons and 1 Almo Cambio. Overall I'd say that's a really good draw, and the 5 Untamed Packs only added more to the fun! I also got 10 Untamed Packs from the #37 rank, so I had the honor of exhausting most of my potions on the 14 packs at the end.
Of those 14 packs, the first 13 were completely bland with no gold cards, and only one rare card in each package. But in the last one I drew a Chanseus the Great, which immediately deskewed the draw! ;)
This was an extraordinary season, and I am sure it was as much luck as skill. Next season will undoubtedly be tougher, but I hope I can get a Top 50 finish again, and hopefully get a Top 10 finish in one of those elite Gold tournaments as well :).
