hey newsflash... you have to prove guilt... not innocents. not saying it is not his work... does not mean it is not and therefore unless you have evidence to the contrary... you have just committed liable with this comment. as you accused him and flagged (penalized him) without evidence of any wrongdoing... I STRONGLY suggest you stop this as before long you will try this on the wrong user and they will personally sue the owner of this account for liable and or slander.
