Eggs contain lots of protein, calcium, various vitamins and essential amino acids, which are beneficial to the body, the food is often the choice of many people to be a side dish of vegetable companion
either white or yellow contain useful substances, egg yolk contains vitamins A, D and E, as well as the calories and choline required while
fat is also abundant in egg yolks but not so much whilst the white portion contains a high protein that is low in cholesterol and fat, which works for the formation of muscles and energy sources
