4 generations of noodle making and things are looking stronger for these 4th generation noodle makers. They eat, sleep and talk noodles since they were kids. Nothing can spring them apart.
I've had the pleasure of meeting this pair of noodle lovebirds Jeff & Vshly, who are running Jade Noodles, a family-run business. They showed me their production area and I even got some noodles to take home and try - 3 types of noodles made with spinach, carrots and pumpkins. The spinach noodle is egg-less. in my Instagram post, I have a a short video of the noodles.
Their base is in Kepong and customers range from noodle stalls to mini markets in the Kepong community for now. The young business owners are passionate and they have plans to expand. They want more restaurants and eateries serving healthier and higher quality noodles.
