While thinking about what food to write, I saw this banner at the KFC about the zesty crunch.
There are a few options for the zesty crunch, it is a fried chicken with Chimichurri sauce. You buy it in a box meal, 2 pcs combo and 3 pcs combo. I order for myself the 2 pcs combo.
Chimichurri sauce is an uncooked sauce of Argentine origin,used both as an ingredient in cooking and as a table condiment for grilled meat. Found in Argentinian, Paraguayan and Uruguayan cuisines, the sauce comes in a green (chimichurri verde) and red (chimichurri rojo) version. It is made of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, and red wine vinegar.
