The same thing happened to me. My hitherto favorite artkvartal store, first announced the winners of the competition, requested all the author's images from them, and then got lost and did not answer ...
And a week later he accused me of sketching and plagiarism 😅 and other artists did not even wait for this answer.
Both funny and sad
Situation: I took the character and the position of the body of this character on the poster, developed the idea of the image inside and out, transformed everything, thought out and completed the image, added my own elements, the store logo - and received the plagiarism stamp.
It's funny that people, without understanding the situation, can quite easily glue this stigma on every second artist.
We exist in a world in which NOTHING NEW has been invented FOR A LONG time. Everything new is the old experienced, altered, transformed.
Plagiarism is a complete copy of another artist / author's image. Someone else's idea, transformed, supplemented, altered by another artist is already a NEW idea that acquires a new character and meaning. In this case, someone else's idea IS BORROWED, but this is not plagiarism.
With the same success, plagiarism can be called a portrait of a person from a photo or a sketch of a friend's cat.
The moral is: buy materials from them, but do not even think about cooperating with this store 😂 You will either not be answered, or you will be accused. A better outcome, apparently, is not given.

То же самое случилось со мной. Мой доселе любимый магазин artkvartal , сначала объявил победителей конкурса, запросил от них все авторские изображения, а потом потерялся и не отвечал...
А через неделю обвинил меня в срисовке и плагиате 😅 а другие художники даже не дождались этого ответа.
И смешно, и грустно
Ситуация: я взяла персонажа и положение тела этого персонажа на постере, от и до разработала идею изображения, все преобразовала, додумала и дорисовала изображение, добавила свои элементы, эмблему магазина - и получила клеймо плагиата.
Забавно, что люди, не разобравшись в ситуации, вполне спокойно могут клеить это клеймо на каждого второго художника.
Мы существуем в мире, в котором УЖЕ ДАВНО не изобретается НИЧЕГО НОВОГО. Все новое - давно пережитое, переделанное, преобразованное СТАРОЕ.
Плагиат - это полное копирование изображение другого художника/автора. Чужая идея, преобразованная, дополненная, переделанная другим художником - уже НОВАЯ идея, которая приобретает новый характер и смысл. В данном случае чужая идея ЗАИМСТВУЕТСЯ, но это не плагиат.
С тем же успехом плагиатом можно назвать портрет человека по фото или зарисовку кошки подруги.
Мораль такова: материалы у них покупайте, но сотрудничать с данным магазином даже не думайте 😂 Вам либо не ответят, либо вас обвинят. Лучшего исхода, видимо, не дано.

Обратную связь с ним наладить - НЕВОЗМОЖНО. В инсте они поставили бота, который отвечает, что у магазина нет времени мне ответить.
