UFOs and Shadow People

I've reached the point in my quarantine journey where I'm contemplating UFOs. Adrian Reister was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base when he saw UFOs and a shadow person in the secure military facility. Here's what he had to say about the latter in the Liberation Times:

"The sound went away as I looked up and scanned the room. Not seeing anything I just shrugged my shoulders and went back to work. Within a few more minutes I heard barefoot walking again, away from the support area, and this time I got up to look around. I saw what I can’t really describe as other than a black mass in the shape of a person standing at 6ft, not really a shadow but something that was slightly blurry and didn’t reflect any light ... it quickly turned the corner into the admin area of the shop, and I chased after it like a madman. As I ran down the length of the wall from the support section and into the admin area I searched high and low, there’s not really a lot of places to hide in that section, just a few offices and a breakroom. I’d been thorough in my search but I still ended up empty-handed."

To me, UFOs are interesting and worth investigating further. No one knows what they are and I sort of like that. In recent years, the government has acknowledged their existence, with more revelations likely in the future. I've studied the phenomenon carefully, covering it for wanttoknow.info over the last several years. But this is the first I've heard about shadow people messing around in military facilities.

When I hear "slightly blurry and didn’t reflect any light," the first thing I think of is camouflage. Like, maybe this was just a regular person - a spy perhaps - wearing a suit outfitted with nanotech that did unusual things with light. The thought of a human spy poking around where there are nuclear weapons isn't at all comforting. For reasons I can't quite articulate, the thought of a non-human being from elsewhere doing the same feels less concerning and more curious.

My rational mind doubts that this shadow person was physically there at all. That doesn't necessarily mean that it wasn't real, but rather that its reality may have been temporarily perceived by one person's consciousness in a way that was undetectable to other people and instruments like security cameras. Inexplicable phenomena along these lines is uncommon, but not unheard of.

I have a friend who sees UFOs whenever he goes off his meds. Being off his meds doesn't make what he sees any more or less real, but the reality of the phenomena is clearly conditional, dependent on his state of consciousness. In broader terms, everything we perceive is similarly perceived to be real only when certain conditions of consciousness are met. Some people have an easier time tuning into alternative versions of reality than others.

Personally, I've seen two UFOs, on in Colorado and one in New York City. Both were sighted near sightings of military aircraft, and I assume that what I saw was just something related to man made tech that I was unfamiliar with. Whatever the facts behind my sightings were, the experience of seeing unusual things in the sky felt important. Both times, it felt like I was seeing something far beyond the limits of my understanding. Maybe I'll see a shadow person someday, too.

The shadow person sounds like some kind of light bending camo suit to me as well.
I know they exist.
I have thought a great deal about how they would work, but I couldn't do much about it other than think.

Hyperstealth is a Canadian company that makes invisibility shields for military use. And here's an article on a functioning invisibility cloak. If this is known tech, I assume that what we don't know about is much more advanced.
