Ingredients:
1/4 Ghee
1 Packet Vermicelli
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Pistachio For Garnish

Method:

Add ghee to a hot pan, to fry the vermicelli. Add the vermicelli to the pan once the ghee has melted. Once the vermicelli is golden brown,

Add sugar water keep the flame Low and add sugar to the pan then add water tell the sugar is soaked and let the sugar melt. Once there is a thin string after the last drop on your spatula you know the sugar water is ready.
Cool it and garnish it with pistachio.
