This is a small trick - just put the card on the table to inform the waiter that you are planning to take photos of dishes and post them online. You get better service ;-)
Here at Sushico it worked as a chat starter - we explained that we were planning to post photos on Dining.Gifts. Anyways, dish presentations were excellent!
