We were thrilled to have the wedge tail eagle ready for release back on the property where it had the fight with the geese.
After a stay in the wildlife hospital giving time for the fight wounds to heal "Goosy" was taken back in a cage and set free.

Last year we rescued 2432 birds and animals in need. Our 24 hour hotline keeps volunteers very busy especially at times like this when bushfires are raging all around us.
