I've been a witness on Hive for more than 5 years, and even though I don't post very often, I'm still here and active in the shadows. This will be a short update on my recent actions.
HF28 ready
I'm running hived software versionv1.28.3 on all my nodes: main, backup and experimental local nodes to test it before the upcoming HardFork 28. The Core Dev Team already managed to find and fix one issue related to backup witnesses and claiming accounts thanks to me running this version and missing some blocks.

Ledger devices support
Incoming HF will bring some consensus changes that will impact Ledger users. I'm already working to make it as easy as possible for users to comply with new rules. All necessary changes will be ready before HF28.
The most important change from the Ledger users' perspective is that it will not be possible to use the owner key to sign everything. Wallet will need to select a proper key role. I'm going to publish more details soon, with useful user guides to make the transition as simple as possible.

Lower HBD savings APR
I decided to lower my APR setting from 20% to 15%. It doesn't change much as I'm not top20 at the moment but just wanted to indicate it was not an accidental change.
100k HIVE powered up
For some, it might be a lot, for others, pennies, but I powered up 100 000 HIVE to express my commitment to the network. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere. This amount will increase my HP by roughly 25%. In terms of governance influence, it will take effect 30 days from now due to the delayed voting mechanism, but I'm already using it to curate!
It's nothing compared to some fat whales out there but it's still something. Meanwhile, I keep curating #polish community and I would like to encourage you to do the same!
