Firstly, I love women and would not be here today without one and wouldnot want to live without them. Secondly, I just love women..Their lips, their smile, their laughter, their hair, their hip, their gaze and their millions of eye expressions. You get it..
Women can be many different things: a mother, a lover, a grandmother and a worker.
I love the first three roles for women, but I live in Norway which are one of the most feminized
places in the world. On paper we are the most successful country in the world. And perhaps we are because of the extremely competent Norwegian men. However, the "rise" of female in the workplace jeopardize this.
They lie, they do not take responsibility and blame you(!). They cannot take decisions. If you are below them in the status hierarchy the despise you. If you are above them, they behave like hookers. Truth be told, I have mostly had problem with female leaders though. As an investor, MD and researcher I also see consistently that they get all kind of free cards from the State and men which have lost their masculinity and soul. You have a bachelor degree in biology and made some trade on Robinhood?
Voilá, a consortium (state powered) will give you a billion to play with and give you unlimited media exposure. This is not exaggerated, I am playing big and I see this all the time. Sadly the women actually think they are worthy of their fake "success".
I figure the cost of having women in the workplace is so extremely high (driving men out, inefficiencies, the list is almost infinite) that we have to choose:
Establish gender roles (weak state, strong alpha males) or just degenerate into non-existence, which is the chosen path so far.
Because 99% of the population is brainwashed and 99% of the not brainwashed people are idiots, it is a very small elite clique of men that can actually change the system. They have to meet. And talk. Now. Period.
Just to pin point how rare this men are, I have just found one such individual yet.

I do not know him yet. He seem to be a very idiosyncratic person: A former glam rock star (https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Army_of_Lovers), extremely high IQ philosophical type.
We men need to use technology fast to remove as much jobs from women as possible, so our civilization can survive.
Men also need to be consistent in that we do not want to work with women.
