Breaking News:

Today’s installment in the mysterious life of words, I just heard this morning from H.E. Peter Zsoldos, Ambassador at Embassy of the Slovak Rebublic, that poems and aphorisms from my latest book

—- Revolutions of the Heart —-

will soon be published... in Hungarian🇭🇺

I’ve never been there before, but Ambassador Zsoldos was kind enough to invite me to Slovakia 🇸🇰 (around 10 years ago) to participate in an international literary festival & my work was translated into Slovakian.

Congratulations!

Thanks, dear Eric 🙏🏼

May your writing find its audience, around the world 🌎

You're welcome! I've never had much luck with traditional publishing but have lots of respect for those who can make it work. Thanks for the kind words, my friend!

It’s not easy, Eric. Getting a book in print does not guarantee that it will be read or, worse, understood.

As for the money aspect of it... Sigh Don’t get this penniless pauper started!

My first (and only) experience with traditional publishing wasn't a good one. It was a small press though. I put tons of work into the project and then there was zero effort on their part to promote it once it was published. I've done far better self-publishing, but there are pros and cons to both methods.
