Well, The Matrix 8 Solution is (not yet operational) an evolutionary centralised community governance system with a consensus mechanism which incorporates a Trusted Reputation system. #Matrix8 can facilitate very large groups of people to reach agreement for mass action steps and has good potential to help us step outside the current corrupt systems. i think it may well be of interest to you.
