It's a Challenge, Fixing this Sleep. And I'll Take It

It was an utter flop.

I went to bed at 12:30 AM. Perfect, as planned.
Couldn't fall asleep, got up, ate, streamed on Vimm, slept finally at 6 AM. Not exactly as planned.

I'm gonna start eating 50% raw stuff in my meals: fruits and vegetables (raw)

This reduces the quantity of sleep needed to feel rested apparently. Let's find out.

Why not go 100%?
I'm scared I'll get hungry very quickly. Actually, I'll gradually increase it.

Word choice matters

I found that I give up too easily; maybe it's the messed-up-sleep-groggyness that's doing it. Grogged up mind. But I found, the thoughts that accompany these despair moments are usually like,

"I'll never be able to do this"

Bruh,
"have you even tried?"

was my response today, and it worked! I felt a sudden burst of hope and willingness. I was ready. This happened 10 minutes back.

Then I decided I'll continue writing here. That previous post was supposed to be posted yesterday, but I had given up on logging here. Now I'm back, squared!

I'm gonna push through this bullshit

Let's see what happens. Grrrrr.
