A few weeks ago a Japanese oil tanker struck a reef and has leaked thousands of gallons of oil into the ocean ecosystem. They eventually sunk the tanker, something that is also causing more issues. The free charging station would offer "x amount" of charging time to each user and VIP locker users/token holders would be able to get more charging time, up to a full charge. VIP locker charge would be paid in Community Charge tokens, possible another cryptocurrency. Winner will be picked after 7 days.
