  warm ale을 고민하다 미지근한 에일로 적었습니다. 따뜻한 이라고 하면 차처럼 뜨거운 촉감과 연관되어 이질감이 느껴져서요. 아마도 에일을 직접 발효시켜 먹었지 않았나 싶습니다. 또 냉장고도 없었을 것이고, 실온에 두고 마시지 않았을까요.
