Sending Steem as steem power is probably the best move. That way you grow their stake in the platform and encourage them to focus on the long-term. But, yes, sending steem or upvotes to the wounded is never a bad idea.
then, i'll start sending you some liquid funds once a week or so for you to continue your mission brother. I may not be a big account, but I want to feel like I'm not just waiting for things to get better.

Send it directly to the wounded. Just keep checking my abuse & plunder reports if you need to know who they are. I may have to change my reports in the near future though to properly reflect rewards that were deducted from pending payout instead of calculating the total value of the flags. Because some pirates like flagging content even when it has a payout of $0.00 ...
