I think you misread @grumpycat. That account is targeting bots that allow people vote on posts older than 3.5 days. It doesn't matter if you do it. You chose a bot that does it. @grumpycat expects you to know all these things. The hypocrisy is that @grumpycat uses these bots that it's telling you not to use.

Further, @grumpycat picks users at random, so it has nothing to do with you or your content. People actually trying to abuse the award pool get away with abuse while innocents are victimized.
