Dari hasil pengalaman pribadi gegara bingung mau masak apa untuk menu buka puasa. Bosan juga klo menu nya itu itu aja. Tapi hawa yang meugampong gampoeng meunan. Dan akhirnya masak gulei chue pliek u, masakan yang terdiri dari bumbu khas dan penuh rempah rempah. Mau masak yang banyak sekalian biar bisa di bagi bagi ke tetangga
Bahan
- Chue satu bambu
- Pliek u
- Santan kelapa
Bumbu halus
- bawang merah
- Bawang putih
- Cabe merah
- Cabe rawit
- Jahe
- Kunyit
- Ketumbar
Pelengkap
- daun kunyit iris tipis
- daun jeruk
- temurui
- pepaya mengkal
- nangka muda
- buah melinjo
Cara membuat
Campur semua bahan kecuali santan + bumbu halus + pelengkap kedalam wajan yg ukuran agak besar
Kemudian tuang kan air sedikit dan biarkan sampai mendidih
Setelah mendidih tambahkan santan dan di aduk aduk terus hingga mendidih sekali lagi
Nah ini lah penampakan setelah siap saji
Masakan ini si sukai semua kalangan dari orang tua hingga anak anak pun suka dan mempunyai cara yang sangat unik saat menyantap nya
