Hello my fellow Actifitters. Today is another day of fitness, yesterday was, and tomorrow with still be. No day should be left out without one workout or another, even if it's a light one. Skipping, walking and daily activities made up my count. This is yesterday's post. Today's will be a 15k target. I will share the story of my injury in pursuit of 15k counts. Just stay tuned and take a glance at my next report. Very tired now. Need some rest.
