My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2019

I did most of my 7000 steps on the treadmill tonight. I've been trying to get away from my desk at work more frequently and spend a little time walking around the office. But today I wasn't very successful. I feel better when I get a little exercise during the day. Fortunately my little friend Brownie was waiting for me when I got home and we got a nice little walk in.
