The day served as a resumption for a lot of things, maybe because it was a Monday. I got back to the gym after my 5 day break, which I don't remember why I took in the first place. I resumed walking long distances, which I was happy to do, I'd missed that bittersweet pain that the muscles in my leg send to my brain, when they've been used for too long. I also resumed actifit after a 2 day break due to uncalled laziness and my confinement to my room. Then Moses (my friend and housemate) resumed talking to me after we'd had a short but heated argument on Sunday, I was thankful that the non-talk phase didn't last for up to 42 hours, or 72, as it did once. (friendship can be exhausting)
I achieved a new mark of 15k, and even though I'm proud of that achievement, I'm scared that reaching new marks might require more energy and dedication than I can offer.
