My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2019

It’s always said that it’s “Easier said than done”

When we suggest someone to Move On!!! Forget it !!! It’s not worth thinking or worth your time!!! Let Go !!!

Do we actually know what it feels like?

Is moving on a switch? Turn it on when we need to move on?

Human beings are complex, we can never predict how any one will react to the particular situation

Even a same person can react differently in similar situations.

Sometimes we need to move on from a loss or death of a loved one

Sometimes we need to move on with life after a huge failure

Sometimes we need to move on when we realise that we are losing ourself holding on to people who didn’t care

Sometimes we also hold on, fearing that something so great won’t happen again that we need to move on from those who were perfect for us, but can only stay in our heart and not in our life

So Question arises How to move on?

Why is moving on so difficult?

While we say we have moved on, but somewhere we know in our heart that it’s a lie.

We think that moving on means to forget what happened or not to think about the grief or pain. Avoidance of stimulus related to the loss.

Whereas in reality moving on means “ACCEPTANCE”

Accepting that some doors need to be shut because they lead you no where , or to open new doors of hope and opportunity

Accepting that it’s not the end of the story, and it’s only a point where you need to turn the page

Accepting that you were in pain when you keep holding , and letting go felt more easier than holding on

Accepting that you played your part and you had no control on the surroundings

Accepting that time was beautiful while it lasted and you can always re-visit it in your memory lane

Accepting that forgiving was the gift you gave to others, and moving on was a gift you gave to yourself

Accepting that moving on was the only happy ending your story could possibly have

So if you understand it , try to do it !!! I am here for you ... Accept and Move On !!! 😊❤️

  • I still don’t claim that these few lines will make you move on , it’s not easy. Seek help if you can’t do it alone !!!

This is a nice write up on your Actifit report. You nailed it. Moving on is the only good thing needed in life to break stagnation. I agree with the fact that some people see it as otherwise, which in most cases happens to be what is needed to live a fulfilled life. One of the things we all need to understand is that when one door closes, another opens. It's quite touching that we most times look unto the closed doors that we never pay attention to the opened ones, which retards our progress and disallows us from moving on. Thank you for using Actifit, and well done with the 14k counts. Please keep it up. Nice report.
