Heute mal an einem ganz normalen Arbeitstag die Bewegung gemessen. Immerhin 4.000 Schritte. Da ist aber noch eine Steigerung möglich, hoffe ich.
Today I have counted my steps during a usual working day. 4,000 steps at least. I think I can do better in the future.
