My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2022

in #actifit2 years ago

I have a lot of steps to get in today, but in the meantime, here is a recent hike I took with my family in Grand Staircase National Monument in Utah. Look at this cool slot canyon! We had to drive about 15 miles on a dirt road to get there. I did not have four-wheel drive so I was a bit nervous at times, but we made it there and back. The hike itself was very scenic. Almost no one was there, unlike nearby Zion National Park. On my next trip to Utah, I am going to stay out of Zion and Bryce Canyon, where the crowds are, and focus on the national monuments and the county and state parks. There are fewer people there and the sites are magnificent.
