Unas de las rutinas que más me llena de energía es sin duda la de piernas, aunque queda el dolor, es algo que genera satisfacción con uno mismo no solo por el ejercicio en sí, sino también por el enorme cambio fisico que genera. Por otro el lado no me genera la misma alegria entrenar el tren superior, pero se lo indispensable que es por eso para hoy elegí combinar las dos cosas:
Rutina
Rutina intensa de cardio y trabajo de Brazos
Fondo 10 repeticiones 5 rondas.
Zancadas con mancuerna 10 repeticiones 5 rondas.
Alzamiento de peso (20 kilos) con sentadilla profunda; 10 repeticiones 5 rondas.
Sentadillas con salto y flexión; 5 repeticiones 5 rondas.
