HOW I SPEND MY FRIDAY

It was Friday morning and today I help my mum at home to prepare a locust beans, before going to my father's shop locust beans it's been called (IRU) in my local language, making locust beans is absolutely my mother vocation and I love it!

Some people meant think that it's a dirty job due to its processing but, it depends on how someone handle it when preparing it, it neither not easy to make that's why a lot of people are not into it. I mean that's why my mum is the only woman that sell locust beans in our local area no competitive no rival.

Locust beans is been used for various delicacy soup, you can use it to make vegetable soup, okro soup, rice stew etc.....

Eating of locust beans is good for eyes, it clears and sparkle the eye!

And note everything about locust beans are useful even the water that is used for it preparation at first place is use to kill termite.

So my mum use to cook the locust beans for the whole day so that it will be succulent for me to match on the next to remove the pile over it.

This is how the locust beans looks like after rinsing it from the water in the following day that was cooked....

Then after rinsing the first matching inside water so we can now apply our second matching which is going to look little clean than the first one, take a look at the picture beneath.....

So after the second rinse we make sure the locust beans is well clean and neat so it we be eatable and digestible.......
So we now my mum clean and rinse it well I will know pure the locust beans inside put and place it on fire for the second cook but, the second cook we not take much time like the first day you cook for the whole day. You can just give the second cook 40minute so after it done you rinse it again and place it on inside your bowl and you allow it to cool before you cover it with cloth so the next day by the exact time you cover you will go and uncover it back and by then locust beans is ready and you can apply it to your soup!
