Hi fellow Steemit. I was astound when i saw one day a female driving a metro rail train, i first stop and then realized that even a woman can handle a man's job specially in this generation. I saw in the news this week that there were an opportunity given to female who want to try it out to operate or drive a metro rail train. What is this metro rail train that even a woman has the capability to operate it. A metro train is a rapid transit, metro(politan), subway, underground, or elevated railway system which is an electric passenger railway train in an urban area as defined in Wikipedia. In the beginning woman are only left by their man to tend house chores or mostly feminine job like dressmaking, cooking and the most a woman can do then was to become a secretary. That was then, now woman have something of an edge to man and that is they can substitute man's job, there is a saying that the best man for the job is a woman. We all know what a girl can do that a man can not do and they say that woman has the attitude that is safer than a man, man usually use force to do the job while a woman used a cunning ability and their femininity to do the job more serious than a man.
I also noticed that a woman are more disciplined than man, why because woman know the delicacy of an item or work and they are more creative to an extent than man however what a woman lacks a man has the edge and that is like job in construction which is evident that man are inclined on this job than a woman. You can see nowadays that there are female taxi or cab drivers even here in Manila there were female tricycle drivers. Woman also excel in the field of culinary, body building, teaching and accounting. Is this the generation of Girls power as i was amazed how can this opposite sex can fulfill a man's job. Here in the Philippines before the incumvent President Benigno Noynoy was declared the ruler of the nation, there were 2 female President that rose to the supremacy of the land. First the mother of the current President of the Philippines which was Mrs.Corazon Aquino and the controversial leader Mrs. Gloria Arroyo. Before their time there were no records of female leadership than these two because many believe woman can not rule because of soft heart and they are prone to changes that is why typhoon are always given on the name of a woman because of changes.

This is a different scenario now, look at the most of the leader in the land from Queen Elizabeth of Great Britain, also there was Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher also of Great Britain to Michelle Gass the leader of the famed "Starbucks" one of the coffee shop in the US and in the Philippines. Women at the top of the office aren’t fearless. They move toward their fear to continually challenge themselves and man has their attitude of a monarchy like a King, woman will always be there not as a competitor but a helping hand to man. Now here is a question will you send a woman to do a man's job?
