Asi con un set de dos fotos miro el cambio que yo tuve en este mes que paso estas fotos son el ejemplo

Estos cambios fueron no solo esteticos sino me hicieron pensar en que tenia que cambiar de estilo y no solo de look, pero cuando cayo el pelo de mi cara senti una libertad unica y valorar el respeto que tuvieron al cortarme el pelo.

Hola amigo lvj, lo mas importante es la actitud y tu cambio es bien merecido ya que te estas transformando de adentro hacia afuera. Si tenemos motivación positiva ante las vicisitudes de la vida el cerebro se llena de pensamientos positivos y entras en un estado de ebriedad rica, que nada ni nadie cambiaría tu alto nivel de entusiasmo. La risa es la mejor arma que posees ya debes saber lo contagioso que es comenzar a reír y automáticamente el entorno comienza a reír, sin explicarnos el motivo de tanta alegría. Sin pensar estas dando clases magistrales de como "renacer de las cenizas" y hoy me estas dando un buen consejo ya que me encuentro postrada en cama y haré caso un buen cambio de look y una buena actitud frente a este virus terrible. Saludos Juancito, ciertamente tu cambio físico es significativo, pero lo importante es el cambio interno que has experimentado, ese es el que realmente debe ser permanente, el esencial que estes conciente del valor que tienes como persona y por eso debes trabajar paraser cada día mejor, de esa forma le retribuiras todo el cariño y apoyo que recibes de tus amigos.

Lo importante es que al verte mejor empezastes a sentirte mejor y a tratar mejor y ver mejor a todos los que te rodean. El cambio comienza en la mente, en la forma de pensar y asi vas generando mejores cosas para ti y todos los que te rodean, veo que poco a poco tomas en cuenta todas las sugerencias que te he hago, y estoy muy contento por eso.
Sigue adelante, creo que hacerle una visita al odontologo sera bueno para ti, al igual que un chequeo medico general. Recuerda que la salud es lo mas importante, luego viene todo lo demas.
