Kite, any of various feathered creatures of prey having a place with one of three subfamilies (Milvinae, Elaninae, Perninae) of the family Accipitridae. Ordinarily, a kite is daintily worked, with a little head, halfway uncovered face, short mouth, and long tight wings and tail. Kites is found worldwide in warm locales. A few kites live on creepy crawlies; others are basically foragers yet additionally eat rodents and reptiles; and a couple are entirely snaileaters. Kites are light in flight, gradually fluttering and floating with wings calculated back. A few animal varieties are as grace as terns.
