Dragon Ball Z My rating

I believe a lot of people rate Dragon Ball highly due to nostalgia reasons and it is a cornerstone for many people’s childhood or introduction into the anime universe and sticks to their memory so they like to give it a high rating. Over the year I believe Dragon Ball has greatly declined in quality and should be left to childhood because as a grown adult it is not something that appeals to a very broad range audience age groups because it is a concept of fighting and has no real plot development not great animation and the story is pretty bad in my opinion. Of course my opinion is subjective and everyone is open to have their own opinion but after analyzing different elements in the DBZ universe there really is no change over the decades that it has been around and in production. I believe that if they made an effort to appeal to a broader audience it could be more successful but I believe a majority of the population that watch dragon ball rate it highly purely due to nostalgic reasons but I dont think it should be rated as high as it is
