Chancellor Angela Merkel says, Germany will not side with the United States (US) if the war with North Korea (North Korea) really happened. Merkel rejects Pyongyang's nuclear crisis resolved through military means.

The affirmation of this German attitude was presented by Merkel in the "Deutschland Live" event held by Handelsblatt newspaper, where the North Korean crisis was the main topic discussed.

Asked about the worst scenario, namely armed conflict between Washington and Pyongyang, Merkel said that Germany will never return to side with America.

"No, not automatically. I do not see any military solution to the (crisis) of North Korea. I think it's wrong, "Merkel said.

The German leader wants a peaceful resolution to tackle the tensions on the Korean Peninsula. "The diplomatic way has not been fully utilized," he said.

Washington and Pyongyang have been engaged in a war of words. US President Donald Trump promised to respond to further threats from North Korea with US military "fire and anger". While the regime Kim Jong-un threatened to attack the US military base in Guam with a number of medium-range ballistic missiles.

"Germany will be intensively involved in non-military solutions," Merkel said. "But the escalation of rhetoric is the wrong answer," he added, quoted Friday (8/25/2017).

Berlin voted in favor of Russian and Chinese initiatives to equally rein in North Korea and the United States. The initiative contains coercion to Pyongyang to freeze its missile and nuclear weapons program. While the US and South Korea were also forced to stop joint war exercises on the Korean Peninsula.

But Washington has rejected both countries' initiatives. The United States and South Korea remain determined to continue a joint war game titled "Ulchi-Freedom Guardian".

The North Korean regime (US) taunts US President Donald Trump whom they call a hobby of a weird ego on Twitter. Pyongyang also reminded Washington not to forget that its nuclear-armed enemy and ballistic missiles.

Ledekan through the editorial of the North Korean state news agency KCNA came hours after Trump claimed Pyongyang leader Kim Jong-un had begun to respect Washington.

"Trump regularly posts bizarre articles from his ego-driven thoughts on Twitter and the junk trash to make his assistants have a hard time," KCNA wrote.

Combined US and South Korean war games again mentioned North Korea. "This exercise is too radical and dangerous to wrap up precarious acts that are considered 'yearly' and 'defensive' exercises," continued the KCNA editorial, quoted Thursday (8/24/2017).

"The US should not forget that its enemies are armed with nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles," the editorial added. "The US must awaken from the old way they think that their land is safe and death is on the other side."

Related to joint US and South Korean war games, North Korea warns that Pyongyang's military will not just sit. "And look at the behavior of fools whose blood is burned with vengeance," continued Kim Jong-un's media editorial.

The news agency publication referred to South Korea as a puppet and a US pet. "That pinned the hopes on a crazy person," KCNA wrote quipped Trump.

Earlier, President Trump in front of his supporters in Arizona claimed that Kim Jong-un had begun to respect the US.

"And you see what happens in North Korea," Trump said. "Suddenly, I do not know, who knows, but I can tell you, what I say, it's not strong enough, some people say it's too strong, it's not strong enough," he said referring to the threat of "fire response" And US "anger if Kim Jong-un attacked the US and its allies.

"I respect the fact that he started to respect us. And maybe, maybe not, but maybe, something positive could happen, "Trump said
