Hello again!
I feel so overwhelmed by such a warm welcome I got from you guys. Thank you so much for engaging with my content.
Also, Happy Valentine's Day to everyone, I hope everyone had a good day full of love, laughter, and spending time with your partners, friends, kids, family, or just by yourself.
My first attempt at making Pancakes for my human, as 1st valentines day with your partner is extremely special, and how much I wish to celebrate many more with my person here and make good food for him.

I am so grateful for the love my parents have taught me. for teaching me how to love someone even when you hate them, for teaching me how to stick with each other with all the indifferences. And also how happily they celebrate every little moment and smile at each other, even if they disagreed on something a moment ago.

Celebrations are important, don't you think?
How celebrations help us to be more mindful of all the relationships and people we have around. How valentines day and just the idea of it fills our hearts with love and a little more affection for our partners. the things that we don't do on a regular day. From cooking for them to getting them flowers.

Today I want to talk about how mindfulness works. Practicing mindfulness is like a celebration every day, you come closer to yourself and know your feelings and parts of yourself which need improvement. when you practice mindfulness you will be as aware, grateful, and invested on regular days as you are on the specific dates of celebration. I recently started doing it and something that it is helping me with is acceptance and being more grateful for what I have in terms of love, everyday experiences, little moments of joy, and self-realization. Now comparing my present self with my older self, as to how I try to stay aware and not miss a moment to show gratitude, appreciation, or apologize.

Sharing with you all 8 habits of Mindfulness.

  1. non-judgment
  2. acceptance
  3. Patience "It demonstrates that we understand and accept the fact that sometimes things must unfold in their own time."
  4. willingness to see everything as if for the first time called "beginners mind".
  5. It is far better to trust in your intuition and your own authority, even if you make some “mistakes” along the way, than always to look outside of yourself for guidance.
  6. the best way to achieve your own goals is to back off from striving for results and instead to start focusing carefully on seeing and accepting things as they are, moment by moment.
  7. Letting Go
  8. Practicing "Gratitude".

Keeping a gratitude journal is from where I started my journey of mindfulness. It is suggested that you keep a gratitude journal and start your day by writing what you are grateful about. Often people find it difficult to know where to start but it is important to realize that it is a practice and requires. non-judgment like "this is not working" or "this is boring", Patience, Acceptance, practicing beginners mind, and letting go
