Is Art about drawing and creativity alone? It has been well said that there no universal definition of visual art though there is a general consensus that art is the conscious creation of something beautiful or meaningful using skill and imagination. The definition and perceived value of works of art have changed throughout history and in different cultures.
The expression "Art" is identified with the Latin word "ars" which means, workmanship, ability, or art. The main known utilization of the word originates from thirteenth-century compositions. Be that as it may, the word Art and its numerous variations (Artem, eart, and so forth.) has likely existed since the establishment of Rome.
Wikipedia explain Art to be “diverse range of human activities in creating visual, auditory or performing artifacts (artworks), expressing the author's imaginative, conceptual ideas, or technical skill, intended to be appreciated for their beauty or emotional power” is that really what Art entails? What about the cultural part?
