Hey everyone, I hope you are all doing well and you had a day that brought some positive experiences into your life! In this article I would like to talk about art and hope you are able to expand your knowledge.
You can see here some works by the German painter Anselm Feuerbach (1829 - 1880) who has been very fascinated by art since his early childhood and it can be said that art is in his blood and he already knew very well that he would like to become a famous painter. Already in his youth, he decided to visit an academy to learn art and he was lucky to come from a wealthy family full of scholars who made a name in various areas and his family recognised his artistic potential from the beginning and decided to promote him accordingly and to provide him with the necessary thing he needed. He spent his first years in Düsseldorf where he attended an art school and a few years later, he decided to travel and visit various countries to teach himself a lot about art and he travelled to various European countries in which he studied the most famous painters of the country and also dealt with culture such as mythology or historical events. He set his first big milestone in the city of Paris where he had the opportunity to exhibit his works in a studio, but he did not manage to really gain a foothold there and due to some problems he left Paris again and one of his most important trips was probably to Italy where the young artist should spend a large part of his life and even received a scholarship. He was strongly influenced by painters of the Italian school, but he developed his own style and painted relatively freely and in his works you can see both different influences as well as a lot of imagination and the previously learned things went down in his works. Later he was even appointed as a teacher of arts but he had to struggle with various problems that should burden him again and again during his life and it is suspected that he was under the pressure of other artists because his works were not properly recognised by many and he also suffered also from some physical problems which had the consequence that he died early.
Many thanks for stopping by and I hope you could learn something new about art! I captured these pictures with my Camera Sony Alpha 6000 plus 55-210 mm lens.
