The winners are not chosen based on upvotes. The winners will be chosen by 3 of us who judge the works based on technique, beauty, composition etc.
Of course not, that would be strange... also judge would be unnecessary. :) I thought how anyone can get one of prizes. But this is my first contest, i don't know how it works.
