Hello Stemian, this time I invite to a mosque, its name is "mosque tuha" (old mosque) Indrapuri, this mosque is like many people of Aceh know, this mosque is ancient relics mosque, where a Hindu temple switch function become mosque which happened at 12th century.
I see 2 pools there, one at the top and one the site, in the praying area of the congregation, the other in the courtyard area, Only this one is not maintained, after questioning here and there, many do not know for sure what pool it is, I'm sure the pond has existed since the building it is a temple of Hinduism, and from some local sources said it has ever been made as a bathing pool and also a place of wudhuk.
Comparing with other countries in maintaining ancient artifacts seems very different from the fate of this pool, it is fitting that the artifacts do not mix with the new construction.
And i hopefully we can keep history, because history is our identity.
