A lot of design jobs can take multiple projects in a portfolio to show employers that YOU can do it, YOU are skilled for the job. I am in the same boat with programming, just finished my course and will have to find work now.

Also if you need that experience mate, you know I will gladly accept any assets you want to create for game engines, I could use some to get us both learning and more experienced! Or anyone who needs it. :)
