Hahah yeah, Rome has certain seen the scales swing a number of times in its life span!
And you are right, I wasn't careful with how much I was asking out of my own body and it finally got too exhausted and then I fell sick :(
I will try to do better in the future :D

Lady Cecilia in my last post was only 60 years old when she died last year.
These things all heap up in the body and when you strike your years in the 60s they start to take a revenge.
I was a top star in my working days and many times I worked double shifts with very little sleep, now I am paying for it.
The body is your temple, guard it carefully!
