It says the tx doesn't exist, you must have made a mistake, all you do is put your username in the address/username text field on the exchange, then withdraw. I have done this many times from Bittrex after the Steem to Hive hardfork, and never once did I have to use the memo field. I just entered the address. Maybe send 0.1 in a test, perhaps there was fees that used both the 0.01 you would have had remaining to send after the fee.
Correcting the memo field will have no effect on the transaction unless the person, exchange, or service you send money to has provided you with a memo code. Most times, only when sending from Hive to exchange, not the way you withdraw from an exchange.
Good call doing the test first.

yeah i dont know what i did wrong
hopefully all my upvotes make up for the lost Hive in testing transactions for the network, we can all learn from this!
I suggest making a conclusion blog when you find a solution
Damn thank you very much for your help and if i found a solution or the TX arrived i will make an update.
I think the problem was with the amount. The docs say the withdrawal amoung must be at least 3 times the fee, see https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6448439775259
I guess the transaction just got consumed by the various fees
Oops, never mind. You are talking about binance, not bittrex
