Read,learn, action!

Books...A habit,self discipline,focus for personal development and more.It can be everything.It can be useful tool for the life to achieve that dreaming to become real.

At prep,we learned to read ,write .
At High school we put this learned activities on our life.
At University,we go little bit over by experimenting this lessons as applied science and wait for the results.The outcomes sometimes not very successful but it may be critical.We learned what we done wrong and learning activities keep going until we die.
Last week,I was thinking to start a book which I postponed a bit far.Life, unplanned moments, financial issue,troubles,and so on.I checked one of my favourite book store Dymocks,popular book stores in Australia.And I found a book named,Atomic Habits by James Clear.
The books giving proven methods for how to change the habits in a good way, making life more actively enjoyable.
Habits like both sharp sided sword.If you use in a good way your life will be affected in a good way,if you use badly your life will be affected in a hard.Like,if you keep smoking as a bad HABIT,your life will be affected by health issues later on.If you read everyday 10 page ,it will get your brain stay away stress and think in a positive response and make your mindset healthy.
