Could you say a little more on it? My search on it says it is an effort to stop human trafficking by the dept of homeland security, and I have gotten to the point where I am suspecting that the government is involved in facilitating all of this for the elites they serve. Anon says as much in one of the videos I shared, as well as insinuating CPS is involved.

Sad isn't it? One Gov arm kidnaps and traffics them, another to police them. All on tax payers dime.
Our Gov along with 49 others traffic people daily. @practicalthought still researching it. But just read two weeks ago it was made law.
If anon is right, this will be little more than having the perpetrators investigate themselves.
Well yes, but investigate only. Even if a person is found to be at fault, there is no prescribed remedy. In other words more money for nothing.
